You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

AlmaMar Matanzas is located on the first line of the ocean, just above the beach, with private access, in a community of seven houses in the mecca of windsurfing / kitesurfing in Matanzas. La Casa del Suizo is located in front of the ocean, within the luxury "Vista al oceano" condominium. This condominium is private, with controlled access. It has a playground, a skateboard ramp, and a bike pump track. The simple house is designed to enjoy the sea and its privileged views. It is the house with the most direct view of the sea. Its avant-garde architecture is typical of the area, and is signed by Felipe Wedeles, star architect of Matanzas.

It has private access with an electric gate, large green areas, a private pool (available) and a pergola. We also have a barbecue grill and a fully fenced space. 🐾 Your pets are welcome. A quiet, safe place surrounded by nature, ideal for disconnecting and resting.
