Cute waterfront cottage. Completely updated summer 2021 with new flooring throughout, new kitchen, kitchen appliances. New bathroom (2021). Waterfront seating and propane fire pit. Views of Pipe Creek and the east bay of Sandusky Bay. Sleeps 7. Recently added 28’ dock for use (for 2023 season) Close to everything Sandusky and the surrounding areas have to offer. Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage just steps away from the lake. Enjoy the easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Boat dock is about 100 feet from house and is available upon request. We had storm damage and lost part of our fence. Missing panels are on order and will be replaced soon. Great water views. The home has 3 bedrooms which sleeps 6 (plus a pull-out sofa in the living room $50/per extra guest over 6, with a limit of 8 total guests).
