Cozy, harmonious, modernly furnished feel-good studio, 34 square meters for 1-2 people, in the attic of our apartment and commercial building, in the center of Kamenz, with many amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable smart TV with expandable functions such as Netflix and ALEXA. Ideal starting point for discoveries in our beautiful surroundings, on foot or by bike. The train station and bus are about 7 minutes away, Dresden/airport 40 km, Bautzen 27 km, Elbe Sandstone Mountains about 40 km, Spreewald about 80 km

Hier könnt ihr in unserem herrlichen Bauwagen "Helgard" entspannen. Absolut niemand kann euch hier sehen, kein Grundstück oder Feldweg hat Einsicht auf diesen Ort. Ihr seid ganz für euch. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

HexenburgbeiDresden: cool and stylish barrel sauna

Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Die Badebox in der Alten Baderei in Kamenz bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, sich im Schutz einer Jahrhunderte alten Eibe und einer faszinierenden Geschichte zurückzuziehen und eine Auszeit zu genießen. Natürliche Materialien bieten ein angenehmes Raumklima. Aussergewöhnliche Fundstücke prägen das Design. Die Badewanne ist das zentrale Element des Raumes. Eine Saisonküche bietet die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung. Liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereiche sorgen für Entspannung.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Gabelsberg vacation home (max. 4 people, 51 m²)

Our cozy, newly furnished apartment is located between Dresden, Upper Lusatia and not far from Saxon Switzerland. From here you can explore nature, numerous hiking trails, regional culture, but also the many offers of the cities of Dresden, Bautzen or Görlitz as well as the gingerbread town of Pulsnitz all year round. In no time, you will have forgotten your everyday worries and can relax. Singles, couples and families are always welcome here!

It is a cozy 2-room apartment in Kamenz in the district of Jesau which was completely renovated in 2023. The apartment has a 180cm wide box spring bed, a large TV, Wi-Fi, couch (extendable to a sofa bed), several wardrobes, a kitchen, toilet incl. shower and a large balcony. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.

Vacation rental not far from Dresden

The quiet apartment is located in an apartment building in a rural area near Dresden. My house includes a small garden with large fruit trees, a barbecue area, granite fountain and a small stream. Shopping and regional public transport can be reached within a few minutes by foot. After a few minutes' walk, you can relax in the natural surroundings and explore the West Lausitz hills with our extensive network of hiking trails.

Welcome to the Europahof vacation home

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Between Dresden and Bautzen you are about 25 km away. Also, the "Saxe Švicija" is not too far away. You can explore many sights. Thanks to the direct highway connection, you can reach your destination in no time. In the village there are 2 bakers and 2 butchers. The outdoor pool can also be reached on foot or by bike in the village.

Top floor apartment on Hutberg

The apartment is located on the top floor in our residential building directly at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with an open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower, toilet and small washbasin.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
