You will be in peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric Little House. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The convenience store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Tidy up your trailer in the courtyard of a single-family courtyard with a quiet countryside and near the sea. Mailed wagon so that your phone/computer can be fully charged, gas stove, refrigerator, and heating. The door to the wagon is open and inside the key. Secluded courtyard area available for use. When the host is in the house, there's a shower and a washer. Close to great natural attractions including the nature trail that goes 50 meters away and the village of Nights 6,3 km away, some of Finland's most popular nature trails.

Close to skating, outdoor and hiking areas, ski trails in winter, four summer restaurants, as well as a marina and a marine park with a sandy beach. About 2 km to the city. Glazed balcony. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

However, a very quiet apartment with a park view. The apartment has been renovated, the furniture is new and the materials are of high quality. We live and work in the city center, so help is close by if needed. Free parking is nearby.
