Beautiful newly renovated villa in a residential development with swings, swimming pool, green areas and parking. It has four floors, the main one with an entrance porch, a living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen that leads to another porch and a private garden with a barbecue. On the ground floor, we have set up a large living room and a laundry room. The top two floors have two bedrooms and a bathroom in each, the first with a large balcony in each bedroom. Very quiet enclave, stunning views.

It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen.
