川と川が合流する石垣の上にあり、木々に囲まれた古民家の中をリノベーションした、素泊まり一軒宿となっております。 見える範囲に建物はなく、川の音、鳥の鳴き声、自然との一体感をお楽しみいただけ、水道も湧水(水質検査済)となっております。 季節によって、川遊びや、かっぱ滝を目指して、宿の横の川を行き交う方々もいらっしゃいます。 お天気が良ければ、川遊びはもちろん、ご持参いただいた食材でBBQ、 焚き火も楽しみいただけます。 (火の取り扱いには充分お気をつけください。) 雨の際は、お部屋の中にある囲炉裏にて、ご持参された食材を炭火でお楽しみいただいたり、調理器具、レンジ、食器類も備えておりますので、ゆっくり川音を聴きながらの調理はいかがでしょうか。 川沿いの散歩道を上に進むと、150m程先に「かっぱ滝」もございます。 夕食等の飲食物は、チェックイン前にご用意ください。スーパーまでゆっくり車で20分かかります。 古民家の400m手前より、道が未舗装で狭く、わかりづらくなっておりますので、 「camuつばき山」までお越しいただけましたら、私達が、ご案内させていただきます。

The famous Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is right in front of the station, and it is a 4-minute walk from the station exit. Within 1 or 2 minutes walk from the station, there is a 24-hour convenience store, a bakery, a supermarket , and western and Japanese restaurants.

This Japanese villa and garden, covering about 6,600 square meters, is located in Arita, a town famous worldwide for its pottery. The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.
