We are in the Maestrazgo "where silence speaks". On a 3,000m2 farm, "La Lomica", surrounded by olive trees, 500m from the village of Ladruñán in an old farmhouse that has been restored and refurbished for housing. I have set up a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms for the exclusive use of guests, all with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. The accommodation has a spacious and bright room with a 1.50 bed, bathroom, and full kitchen /dining room, also a private garden, and a large cellar with a fireplace where you can make your barbecue . Located in a quiet, easy-to-park area. The ground floor of the house is exclusively for guests, but the entrance door to the house, is shared when there is another guest upstairs.

The village festivals are the first weekend of August or the end of July. 1h 30min/beach - 1h 30min/ski slopes. With 2 guests + baby/toddler we use the main suite 1/ask.

The house is very quiet and bright, it is very suitable to spend a few days with family or friends. You can go hiking in the village or take excursions to nearby places of interest such as Albarracín, Teruel, Peracense, Gallocanta Lagoon or Anento.
