Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Great place and Great Host. Clean place and easy to find.

We had a lovely stay at Eric's home. The home exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need was in the stunning, modern kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and we slept very well. The property was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys and hawks each day. The fixtures in the home were modern, clean and high-end. It was great being so close to Greenport with it's wonderful restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

We cannot get enough of this amazing North Fork bungalow! We have enjoyed staying here several times over the last 5 years and hope to be back again next year! The space is perfect for our family of 6! We enjoy making a fire pit out back, cooking dinner together in the kitchen, playing games at the dining room table and snuggling up together on the couch! Our 4 kids cannot get enough of the bedroom upstairs! They love reading, playing games and being altogether for a big sleepover! We love taking a break from our busy life to relax and enjoy walks to town for coffee and dinner, hiking on the beach, the wineries and taking a trip over to Shelter island to hike and explore! Thank you again for having us and for all of the memories we have made together in your beautiful house! We hope to see you again next year!

This is an AMAZING Airbnb. High quality blankets, towels, ornamental details throughout the space. Comfortable beds. Beautiful ambient lighting. Large backyard with a fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful houses, surrounded by water, with lovey little shores and nooks to walk to. My 4 year old had toys to play with and a little potty that all came with the home. I will DEFINITELY stay again. My family and I loved this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house - our stay was absolutely sublime. The decor was immaculately curated, the house had all the supplies required to cook family meals, the sunset was to die for, and we had an absolute blast at the pool. Communicating with Dan and Tabitha was great, very professional and responsive. This was a perfect place to stay with our dog and 2 small children. The fenced in yard was secure. You can easily walk to many restaurants, or like us, just for fun with the dog and kids. Joe was immediately responsive when I messaged him with questions and when I inquired about a late check out, he was happy to let us stay a few hours longer which was really nice.

We had a short stay at Chana‘s place, but everything was perfect for our family. We will definitely book again and recommend to others. Thank you Chana.

It was wonderful stay and I’d go back anytime

Spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Travis' place with my husband and two young daughters. The house is beautifully appointed and so cozy. We played games by the fire, watched a movie in the cozy tv room, and made and enjoyed lovely meals in the kitchen. The house is even more magical than it looks in the photos, and we certainly hope to be back.

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

The house was great and we were able to get Ubers to go to dinner. Beautiful house and stocked with everything you would need. We were on a girls weekend and had trouble with the locks but we just used the key. It could have just been us. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

Cozy cottage near beach and within artistic community of Charlestown. Rooms were comfortable. House had all of the amenities required to settle in and enjoy our stay. Liz was friendly and quick to communicate.
