Richard I,the Lion-Hearted of England who set out on the third crusade,after his return of crusades from Latin Kingdom,himself financed construction of Roman Catholic Cathedral,which is opposite to our appts. In the closest vicinity of the appts is the main plaza Stradun,where all events take place,with lot of narrow side streets,lot of all kind of variety of shops,caffes, restaurants and museums of historical events.Closest beach Buza is just few steps away. Appts lay in the very quiet area despite in the heart beat of the old town.Of great importance to say no steps to climb,appts are just on the first floor,not tiredness and fatigue in hot very sunny summer days. And finally we are glad to share this privilege with our clients.

The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. Includes private garage, parking is free (reservation is needed)

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
