A 10 minute walk to manchester university, 5 minute walk to oxford road and the famous curry mile as well as MRI hospital. It is 15 minutes by car to Etihad stadium and the new co op arena. 15 minutes by car to the united stadium. The apartment benefits of free parking (with a permit) if requested on arrival also direct bus routes to the city centre and all other major parts of the city.

A nice playground which is a good place for children to play. The apartment has its own parking space and spares free parking spaces in front of the quay area. Near to the Old Trafford stadium. Only 15 minutes of walking to get to Old Trafford. 5 minutes of walking to train station. And 10 minutes walk to the Stretford tram station.

Top (twelfth) floor apartment in gated building. Fully accessible with level entrance and powered gates and doors from street to lift to flat. Dishwasher, washer/drier. Amazing views of the city. Secure parking available for one vehicle. Ten minutes walk from huge swathes of Manchester centre. Bus stops outside for chorlton or Piccadilly. Deansgate train/tram is ten minutes away. As is Oxford road station. This is one of my homes and is not intended for parties.
