Dat Melkhus – North Sea air and sauna

North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Perfect spot for relaxation, nature, cycling, golf, water sports and culinary delights. More information about the house can be found in the photos.

Vacation on - everyday off! Freshly renovated apartment on the dike with wide views over the fields and meadows. Furnished with unique pieces and things that make you happy. Terrace facing the bright evening sky, therefore no TV. Great bathroom and PiPaPo … see photos. Hear the seagulls scream, the sheep bleating and let the wind blow around your nose. Each apartment has its own natural garden. Ideal place for a relaxing couple's vacation to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our small apartment is for people without entitlement. (e.g. no dishwasher & freezer) It is on our property under annex with private entrance & terrace, which is fenced. If you are looking for solitude, this is the wrong place, as our path leads past the terrace. Rarely on your own. Dogs are just as welcome as children. Attention: we have two Hovawarts. Oldenswort is a good starting point for excursions. There is a lot of traffic️ due to the expansion of the B️

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and modernly equipped. It is located on the 2nd floor of a completely newly built farmhouse in 2011 in the middle of fields - pure nature & tranquility. The approx. 41 square meters offer plenty of space. A pet is welcome. Smart TV and fast internet are provided. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. My wooden house is located in Kating - "Island of Peace" - near St. Peter - Ording. Danish wooden houses, forest, water, Wadden Sea... With e-bikes on old dikes and paths at the old Schankwirtschaft Wilhelm Andresen, drink eggnog and continue to the Eider Barrage - Germany's largest hydraulic structure, where guests from all over the world meet and refresh themselves with coffee, cake and fish rolls.
