Holiday rentals with a patio in Oldham County

Devin was such a great communicator..before..during and after the the stay! check-in was exactly by the book! unfortunately mother was not on our side during our trip so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hot tub which was the reason we booked..but it was still a really cozy evening to celebrate our anniversary!

Just a stopover for us, but we found it fine for our needs. Very secure building, nice and quiet, Devion was gracious and helpful, it had the basics. Nice brewery restaurant a couple of blocks away and a small taproom right in the building itself.

safe and secure. one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. the host was very accommodating and communicative. it's kind of noisy. you can hear people walking around upstairs, traffic, and people making noise in the courtyard. also, the parking garage is very tiny, and will have your heart rate heavily increase if you have a bigger vehicle and/or are not an experienced driver so be ready for that.

Everything was great. The only comment is that the description and everything on listing says it's a King size bed. it for sure is only a queen. You can even tell by the pictures that it is only a queen, so my suspicions were right. Luckily, it was just me and my husband but when we travel with our toddler she sleeps in the middle of us and queen bed would not have worked for us.

I had a wonderful stay with Bethany. She was responsive and understanding of anything I asked. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. I appreciate her letting me stay in her air bnb. I would definitely rebook with her.

Jaclyn’s place is STUNNINGLY beautiful — definitely the prettiest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The art and furniture are so thoughtfully curated that it felt like we were staying in a Pinterest board. And yet, everything was also really comfortable. The bed is SO COMFY and the blackout curtains make sleeping in very easy. Tons to do in the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was good with Kroger near by and some nice restaurants near by. Free street parking is a huge bonus. The bathroom was pleasantly stocked with just about anything you could ask for!! It was perfectly sized for my daughter and I. The only complaint is a faint odor in the house, but it didn't really bother me very much. I suspect someone smoked marijuana in the house at some point, but it really wasn't terrible. It is a second story unit, the stairs were not a problem for us, but if anyone has trouble with stairs, just keep that in mind.

This Airbnb is next-level. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous—fully stocked, spacious and perfect for cooking big meals. The bedrooms are huge, with super comfy beds that made it hard to leave in the morning. We loved sitting in the hot tub, hanging out around the fire pit, and spending a quiet morning on the grand front porch. The saltwater pool wasn’t open yet, but it looked amazing—we’ll definitely be back when it's ready to use. The man cave was the perfect hangout spot—It’s got a pool table, foosball, poker table, big comfy couch, large TV, and even a fridge for snacks and drinks. We spent many hours in there! The basement is a fun zone with arcade games, karaoke, darts and so much more. Almost impossible to be bored while staying here. A huge shoutout to Deb, the best host we could’ve asked for—super kind, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

Was excited to see this property available as a last minute booking at Christmas. Home was clean and well kept and had everything we needed. Hopefully they get the exterior camera fixed soon- you could hear it constantly saying “waiting to connect” when inside the front of the house.

Devan is indeed a 5 Star host, I’ve never had a host who ask for clients if they want to stay over for late check in for no extra fees. This was amazing experience Place is fantastic, close to all restaurants in walkable distance.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting friends. Very peaceful setting in the woods. Will stay here again when we return

Years ago we happened upon this quaint town when we got off the highway on a long trip. It felt like stepping back a century in time, with its small Main Street with old brick buildings and shops and with trains sometimes running down the center. Ever since that we've wanted to come back and stay for a few days and actually experience the town in a relaxed way. This cottage offered the perfect--maybe the only--way for us to do that. The experience exceeded expectations for all of us. The cottage is a lot roomier than it looks from the outside, with a spacious living room that faces a bookstore across the tracks on Main Street. There's a train observation tower across the street too, and a train museum just a block away. The accommodations were current, very comfortable, and very clean, and parking was easy. We took advantage of walking the town to get coffee, get dinner, and browse shops. This wasn't just an a place to stay; it was a place to make memories.

The Yellow House is an absolutely beautiful home! We had everything we needed for the 5 adults and 2 children that stayed at the house. Parking was a breeze and everyone was very comfortable. We have family nearby in Crestwood so we will definitely be back!

If you are coming to Louisville and want to focus on The Highlands this property is a perfect spot. Laura's townhouse is located in the heart of the action and is surrounded by several walkable bars and restaurants. Word to the wise: some might not be used to the habit that Louisville folk have, they like to stay out late and if that doesn't bother you then this is your place. Regarding the townhouse, it is clear that Laura sweats the details. It is extremely clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are wonderful and the kitchen is perfect. The large screen TV in the front room was great! What particularly impressed me was how friendly and helpful Laura is, she really cares and that makes a big difference. I strongly recommend this rental for those who want to experience a true Highland experience as it delivers!

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

I was surprised how much better this was than the pictures. I was on a business trip and this was right across the river from the convention center and very convenient. I was able to control the room temp and that is important to me for sleep comfort. Host was very responsive and fast when I checked in after 11:00PM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place looks exactly like the photos! I got ready here on my wedding day and it was perfect for my small bridal party. Vanity in the half bath was perfect for whoever wanted to do their own hair/makeup and still kept the full bath open for others. Everything was clean and styled super cute. Hosts were wonderful! They live upstairs and were available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

place was amazing! extremely clean, modern, really beautiful space. instructions are very clear. and matt’s communication was tops. nothing but great things to say!

Close to 4th St Live and Whiskey Row, we walked everywhere easily. We would highly recommend this place to others and would book again. The parking pass at the arena garage was an added bonus.

Great location if you want to walk to bars and restaurants in Louisville. Very comfy loft with lots of space, & plenty of room to relax and visit. Parking was very convenient. David responds very quickly if you have questions.
