We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

An ideal location for exploring the area, the independent and private bedroom is set in a rural garden of olive trees, mandarins, almonds, grapes, and figs, surrounded by nature with mountain views of Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela, the highest mountain range in Portugal. A queen-size bed, quality linen + bathroom & kitchenette. Hot shower, mini-fridge, mini stove ensure you can make the most of your stay. Casa da Picoteira is a beautifully refurbished countryside retreat in São Pedro do Esteval, Proença-a-Nova, ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy and tranquillity. Enjoy a 900 m² private garden, saltwater pool, pet-friendly stay and EV charger. The property is entirely private, with a main house offering 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living and dining areas, plus a separate house with ensuite bedroom and workspace. There is also a full bathroom by the pool.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Quinta do Faísca, located in the parish of Enxames, municipality of Fundão, is a quiet space to enjoy with family, friends, in company or individually. It provides direct contact with nature and agriculture, with an extensive Cherry Orchard as a reference. It is located 40 km from Serra da Estrela. You can practice bike rides, day and night walks. There are cafes and grocery stores nearby. A very complete space.

Pula Xitaca

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

A beautiful 15th century house located in the west of Monsanto with spectacular views. Very quiet and calm. Bold design with huge boulders in sight, decorated with antique objects from Monsanto. We will try to maintain a connection with guests in terms of maximum hospitality but with respect for privacy. A frugal breakfast is included in the price.

Quinta das Sesmarias

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.
