House 8, Lucas's house is inside a condominium of many identical houses, it is not a private house but has a very nice neighborhood. The doormen Léo and Galego are very helpful, and Lucas himself is very good at solving any problem. The private pool is very nice to be in the barbecue area. The house is airy and all air-conditioners work well and electric showers. It has solar panels, which is really cool. The place is very quiet, family-friendly and safe, offering a perfect environment to rest. It has a very large common area of the condominium with a leisure area, swimming pools, playground, volleyball court and access to the beach. It even has a fenced area of the beach that is very safe for children. Great place to be with family in the summer!

The apartment is very nice!

I spent 10 days in the flat and felt like home . Everything clean, attentive and very flexible Juliana for us to help. The beautiful view and the staff of the super polite building an addendum, has only one pot and a frying pan so it would be excellent if there were more pots and pots. A Praia Limpa e tranquila.

We had a great stay. Impeccable apartment, provided us with an amazing experience, I would recommend to anyone.

Very practicality with restaurant in the hotel, market very close and on the same sidewalk of the hotel, place as in the photos, super attentive staff, super recommend!

The accommodation is beautiful and super cozy, with a very good tasteful decoration. Host Zara was very kind and solicitous, including releasing an early check in that was essential for me since I arrived in Recife at 7:30 am. The view of the apto is beautiful and it is already worth hosting. For sure, it would return.

Telmo was very attentive. The apartment matches the listing exactly, very comfortable, stunning view, huge space, mega comfortable and super clean!I felt right at home... Telmo's father-in-law (Marcos) is an amazing person... We were welcomed as if we were family for years... Thank you for the affection.

The stay was great, Flávia always available to answer our doubts, in relation to the room the view was impeccable, extremely cozy room, clean, air conditioning working perfectly, full kitchen and also working, strong shower with hot water. It was very worth it, my boyfriend and I loved it.

The Host Paulo is super attentive, communicative. The apartment is excellent, modern, with all the necessary utensils for family accommodation. The condominium has an excellent infrastructure for children's leisure, in the neighborhood there are several options of restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarkets and bakeries. I recommend it

The experience in the flat was wonderful, the location is very good, easy to access, and has a beautiful view of the river's meeting with the sea, and also of the island of love, which is a great option for families and couples alike. The building has a very good structure and very receptive staff, a large swimming pool facing an incredible landscape, in addition to the sauna, restaurant, gym and etc. The flat is very well-equipped and was clean and super organized, has a large, comfortable bed, and soft, smelling bed and bath linens, which makes everything even more cozy. The host was great, always responding quickly, giving tour tips and meeting all my needs, the same was super polite and helpful. In fact every experience was wonderful, I recommend it to everyone, it was very worth it, I'm sure to come back more often!
