Gorgeous two storey house with a beautiful rooftop terrace with sea, mountain and town views. Located in the old town of Oliva, with all necessary services walking distance. The long sandy beach is only 35 minutes walk away. The house has one bedroom, a big cozy lounge, a dinning room and kitchen as well as bathroom with separate toilet, a shower on the terrace and a second kitchen on the terrace.
