This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. A beautiful apartment very close to one of the most spectacular beaches in the Valencian Region, where the dunes, a protected natural element, are still preserved. Walks on the beach or in the mountains, different bike paths, charming town, festivals and traditions, gastronomy and a natural park, all in a marvelous place called Oliva.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Gorgeous two storey house with a beautiful rooftop terrace with sea, mountain and town views. Located in the old town of Oliva, with all necessary services walking distance. The long sandy beach is only 35 minutes walk away. The house has one bedroom, a big cozy lounge, a dinning room and kitchen as well as bathroom with separate toilet, a shower on the terrace and a second kitchen on the terrace.
