Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Where you can access Brimstone, Windrock or ride over and check out Brushy Mountain Prison. Enjoy the beautiful Frozen Head State Park, which this property boards it. Morgan county has some great craft breweries MoCo Brewing Project, Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery and The Beer Barn.

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.
