You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station.
