Beautiful new apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house, quiet at the entrance to the village of Levie. there is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a sink on a chestnut board. The kitchen is open to a large living room with sofa and TV. A large covered terrace with dining area is accessible from the kitchen. There is full access to the garden. The apartment is very functional and pleasant. Pellet stove and reversible air conditioning.

Granite house, in the hamlet of Casabianca, separated into 2 apartments (see my profile). You will have the apartment located on the ground floor (22 m²). It includes a fully equipped living room/kitchen with TV, as well as a bedroom with TV and a bathroom/toilet. The apartment has half of the square behind the house. This will give you access to a table and BBQ. The clothesline is shared with the 2nd apartment.
