A charming little wooden and stone house, restored using environmentally friendly materials, our gîte, which once housed sheep and a henhouse, is located on the Causse, equidistant from Figeac and Villefranche-de-Rouergue (23 km) and from Cajarc and Villeneuve-d'Aveyron (12 km). The cottage is secluded, and we will be your only neighbours on a 4-hectare plot. The cottage is completely self-contained and has a large garden.

Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
