Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

Genießen Sie einfach die Zeit in der gemütlichen 100 qm Wohnung, bestaunen Sie das Panorama vom großen Balkon aus mit fantastischer Sicht auf die Bruchhauser Steine. Skigebiete befinden sich in den Nachbarorten: Willingen oder Winterberg.

In our apartment you can enjoy your vacation directly after entering.

Beautiful, small apartment surrounded by greenery

Our small apartment is at the top of the Klausenberg. Behind the house there are only fields and meadows. The city is within walking distance, as is Lake Hennesee. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view of the city and much further into the distance. A good place for a little break. If you are arriving by bike, you should keep in mind that the beautiful view from our mountain is of course connected with the fact that you also have to climb the mountain 🙈
