Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. Beautiful, small apartment surrounded by greenery

Our small apartment is at the top of the Klausenberg. Behind the house there are only fields and meadows. The city is within walking distance, as is Lake Hennesee. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view of the city and much further into the distance. A good place for a little break. If you are arriving by bike, you should keep in mind that the beautiful view from our mountain is of course connected with the fact that you also have to climb the mountain 🙈

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

It is quietly located in the Höhendorf Schanze (720 m NN) on the Rothaarsteig in the middle of a wooded hiking area. The location is ideal for peace seekers who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and tobogganing are possible.
