Holiday rentals with a patio in Oltretorrente, Parma

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

It's amazing, this apartment is a jewel, it's super clean, very functional, it's welcoming, even the outside, it's very nice. DON 'T HESITATE TO COME TO RIZA! If only all AIRBNB were like that, unfortunately that's not the case.

Bellavista apartments are located in a beautiful place in the Reggio Apennines, surrounded by wonderful views and lots of nature. Ideal for trips to the lands and castles of Matilde di Canossa, they are also perfect for tourist motorcycles like us who appreciate the beautiful curves that the hillside streets offer. The place is nice, clean and complete with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation in the Mediterranean lands. The welcome and friendliness of the owners are also super, a highly recommended experience!

Great place to spend sometime in Parma

The house we lived in had everything I value, a wonderful character, a unique atmosphere, and a beautiful view of the Apennines. I really wish we had been there for a day, because we had a great stay. We would love to come back to Camilla's house.

Elena is a fantastic host. She offered valuable advice about Parma, was always available, and showed great flexibility, always ready to help.

Roberta’s place is a gem. The hosts are very nice and helpful. They provided us with milk and bread. They even helped us charge our car when it was completely out of battery. He drove us to the nearest charging station and brought us back. He is very kind. My kids got along with his son and they were playing together. Roberta is really kind. The house was very clean. I would love to come back! Extremely nice people.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

Spent 3 nights at La Torre with a group of 6 friends. On the check in and check out days, the hosts were very helpful in getting our bags up and down the steep hill. On our first day we took public transport from the house to cinque terra. We didn’t have a car so it meant getting a taxi to the train station, was a little bit difficult to organise but the hosts helped out when there were no taxis available Our second day was spent e-mountain bike riding as the hosts run the bike hire shop. Rolling through the towns was stunning and would definitely recommend. issues: Without a car, you need to plan your travel ahead, make sure you have connecting taxis booked and enough groceries to cook meals. The electricity would trip when too many appliances were running Overall, I definitely recommend people stay at La Torre nel bosco, the location is stunningly beautiful and you can access cinque terra quite easily from there. The hosts are very supportive

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

We loved our stay at Giordano's place! The house is in a very quiet area, in the countryside, a few km from Cremona, Mantua and Piadena. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Outside space for small lunches is fantastic!

Paolo was a very polite and helpful host, always ready and worried that everything was perfect! And it was, in every way! Beautiful house, recently renovated with love and attention to materials and details. Very quiet area, surrounded by nature...an oasis of absolute peace! Perfect starting point to visit nearby Pontremoli but also the Cinque Terre or Pisa or Parma. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back. Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

Nice apartment, with good possibilities to visit interesting places like sabbioneta, Mantu, Cremona. Everithing was fine. When we visit some more of the region, we certainly will use this place again. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Parma and highly recommend the apartment. It is large, clean and comfortable. Paolo and Elisa are very friendly and responsive. Parma was a great place to visit and the apartment is in a great location.

This was definitely the best apartment we have ever booked. Everything as in the pictures. Opposite a nice bar (cafe) and around the corner a well-attended ice cream parlor. A Lidl is a five minute walk away and there is also a good pizzeria. In front of the apartment is a large parking space where you can always find a place. Doesn't cost anything either. The bus stop is also around the corner.

We had a short but very wonderful stay at Francesco. He is a friendly and helpful host.

The accommodation is an apartment in a large house. A large class allows you to play outdoors. The house is within walking distance to the city center with a good butcher and bakery, cafe and 2 restaurants.
