The estate is simply enchanting, finely renovated and tastefully. The spaces are both, the refined furniture, the fantastic bathrooms, and the accessory amenities allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A particular note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, going out of their way (always with a smile) to meet all our requests. Special note of merit for breakfast, really super.

Paolo was very kind, from the moment of booking until the time of check-out, beautiful house, with a large garden, hot and cold pool, possibility of grilling and also a very nice huge dog who kept us company and played with us for the duration of the stay. Paolo and his family have always been very helpful and very patient with us. We were left a lot of freedom to manage us as we wanted, without too many constraints and in fact, Paolo helped us a lot in doing the activities we had planned. I recommend anyone who wants to spend a couple of days away from the urban chaos of Parma, but without having to take refuge in a few homes away from the hills. Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Apartment complete with everything from pots to towels and everything you need to experience how to be at home. Close to the bus stop and in a really ideal location for nature lovers. We had a great week in this hamlet with all the little treasures to discover nearby! House with its atypical and singular charm, a beautiful experience. We recommend the Appenins National Park with the lake of Santo Parmense, as well as the castle of Pontremoli with its amazing museum of steles. Definitely worth checking out! Our stay was very relaxing, thanks to Cristina, who welcomed us with an open heart. Everything is fine, the little house in nature, simple and well-kept. Definitely recommend!

We stayed 3 weeks in the clubhouse and everything was perfect. Emilio and Marzia are very responsive, the kitchen well equipped, clean bathroom + towels + bedlinen, good wifi etc. We cannot think of anything negative. The clubhouse also has a nice terrace.
