Nicola and Francesca were great Hosts, always available. the house is very spacious, cozy and the kitchen is super equipped. the location of the building is great for visiting maranello and Modena and offers multiple amenities nearby within walking distance. the cleanliness was great, I'll definitely be back!! Federico was absolutely friendly, professional, and responsive. The apartment matches the description, of great taste and elegance, attention to detail, beautiful decor, design but also functional. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The palace is of fine finish, practical for parking and to reach the historic center. Highly recommended for any type of stay in beautiful Parma. If I come back here, it will be my first choice. Top!!!

Valentina was a wonderful and responsive host. She personally greeted me and showed me around the place. She also responded to me at midnight when I had trouble unlocking the door (hint: if the door doesn't unlock, firmly pull it and turn the lock to the left. it's because I didn't close it properly!). The apartment is small but clean and modern. Tiny shower but great water pressure and no issues with temperature. Modern appliances and a comfy bed. I had everything I needed and felt at peace. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Parma! Thank you Valentina, you made my stay comfortable and gave me confidence to explore the city like a local. Btw Totino's pizza is down the street, surprisingly some of the best pizza I had in Parma.

Jacopo's place corresponded exactly to the pictures – it was wonderful and quiet. However, a car is necessary to reach the Airbnb. Check in was seamless and uncomplicated. Throughout the stay, Jacopo was extremely attentive and quick to respond to our messages. The bedrooms were well equipped, and we didn't miss anything. Due to the season, we encountered some stinkbugs, which was only a small inconvenience. Overall, the place is highly recommended! Next time, we'll probably choose another time of year.

We chose this solution because it was quite close to Cerwood Park, the goal of the mini-vacation, but staying in Carpineti offered much more. It's like taking a trip back in time. Leaving the house and seeing the places you're going to visit is priceless. Dominique was very kind and gave us a lot of useful information. A nice solution to spend a few days in tranquility, eating typical things and visiting evocative places.

This is my second time staying with Ivano, so I don't have much to add except that I will definitely come back again a third time, if you are looking for a few days of relaxation this is the perfect place.

A trip chosen almost to play with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and feelings to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (beautiful dog of extraordinary sweetness), transported us into a dream, from the warm welcome, to the small attentions. And if the details make a difference, and they do, there are a lot of details here, from the cleanliness of the place to the crazy breakfasts! A project, that of their B&B, of extraordinary beauty. From the entrance there are wonderful scents, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great to chat with them about anything. We recommend learning how much more you need to know about the place and the surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they're there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all lived. Highly recommended!

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature.
