We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Valentina was very welcoming, always responsive and very kind. The apartment is nice, in a great location, it is very easy to access. Looking forward to book this cozy little nest again!

Great place to spend sometime in Parma

The house we lived in had everything I value, a wonderful character, a unique atmosphere, and a beautiful view of the Apennines. I really wish we had been there for a day, because we had a great stay. We would love to come back to Camilla's house.

Elena is a fantastic host. She offered valuable advice about Parma, was always available, and showed great flexibility, always ready to help.

Roberta’s place is a gem. The hosts are very nice and helpful. They provided us with milk and bread. They even helped us charge our car when it was completely out of battery. He drove us to the nearest charging station and brought us back. He is very kind. My kids got along with his son and they were playing together. Roberta is really kind. The house was very clean. I would love to come back! Extremely nice people.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. We loved our stay at Giordano's place! The house is in a very quiet area, in the countryside, a few km from Cremona, Mantua and Piadena. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Outside space for small lunches is fantastic!

Beautiful house, recently renovated with love and attention to materials and details. Very quiet area, surrounded by nature...an oasis of absolute peace! Perfect starting point to visit nearby Pontremoli but also the Cinque Terre or Pisa or Parma. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back. excellent accommodation to say the least: apartment as elegant as it is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, even more (the entire breakfast kit is very appreciated), very convenient parking a few meters from the entrance. Very quiet, safe area and a few kilometers from the city of Modena and the highway. Very helpful and courteous hosts and cohosts for every need. Excellent value for money. Accommodation, therefore definitely to be recommended.

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

Nice apartment, with good possibilities to visit interesting places like sabbioneta, Mantu, Cremona. Everithing was fine. When we visit some more of the region, we certainly will use this place again. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is an apartment in a large house. A large class allows you to play outdoors. The house is within walking distance to the city center with a good butcher and bakery, cafe and 2 restaurants.
