Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

Very bright, quiet house in one of the best residential areas of Ronda, the house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen with access to a private patio, living room with access to a large covered terrace. Garden at the entrance. It is a first floor without elevator. Our house is walking 2 minutes from the Train Station, 5 minutes from the Bus Station and about 7 minutes from the Tagus Bridge. Parking on the same street.

The house El Molino de los Leones is a perfect place to rest and enjoy a completely rural environment that is just a 10-minute walk to the city. Located at the foot of the famous Ronda wall and on a path that surrounds part of the historic city and where you will also find the Arab baths a 4-minute walk away.
