Very comfortable stay, clean and tidy, homely, well equipped kitchen with sufficient crocks - not just one plate each! Garden furniture made relaxing outside very pleasant. Would always go back without hesitation.

We really loved this place — it’s cozy, easy to find, and full of sweet memories! Even without a car, it’s super accessible. We took the ALSA bus from downtown Valencia, then walked about 15 mins — smooth even with two suitcases! Frederique gave us lots of privacy — we barely saw her but felt well taken care of. The room used to be her daughter’s, full of cute manga, Kuromi, and Japanese vibes — we felt so at home! There’s a little kitchen, a comfy sofa, and even a computer. The area’s perfect too: Carrefour and Mercadona nearby, and great jogging paths! If you want to go to the beach, a bike helps. Don’t forget sunscreen — I got tanned a lot haha! We also experienced a once-in-a-century blackout here — wild but unforgettable! Thanks for everything, Frederique! (´▽`)♡

Anke's place is clean, convenient, well-located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has lovely views of a peaceful neighborhood. Access is easy and Anke makes herself available to chat and advise. We appreciated the fact that there are 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. We spent a week in the apartment while traveling for work and this place was perfect for that purpose. We sincerely thank Anke (and her parents!)

Beautiful and large apartment. Nice location with direct access to the beach. Beautiful park with swimming pool, meadow and children's playground. Apartment with TV via antenna, therefore FireTV stick or the like with VPN for Germans recommended. We will be happy to come back.
