Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Villa située à la limite du parc naturel du Montgo de Dénia. Vous pourrez profiter de sa piscine chauffée , de sa cuisine d’été et de son jardin dans un environnement très calme à l’abri des regards. Ses intérieurs composés de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, cuisine et salon-salle à manger sont distribués sur une surface de 120m². L’une des chambres dispose d’un accés indépendant. Deux terrasses orientées différemment vous permettront de choisir vos lieux préferés pour vos repas.

Chalet completamente equipado y espacioso con todas las comodidades posibles. Dispone de espacio privado para 5 coches. El supermercado más cercano está a 5 minutos andando y está rodeado de restaurantes y chiringuitos, además de contar con transporte público hacia el centro de Denia. Las mascotas son bienvenidas sin coste adicional!
