Relax with the whole family at this stylish place. Close to Toulouse between city and countryside, this 78 m2 2-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates a family or two couples of friends. Parking is available without any problems. This apartment is located on the ground floor of our main house and we live above. Townhouse arranged with taste and authenticity. A few meters from the famous market hall of Granada, heart of the Bastide. A fully equipped dining kitchen separate from the living room with its sumptuous fireplace (non functional) 4 bedrooms upstairs including 1 master suite, an independent bathroom and an independent toilet on the ground floor and upstairs. A small terrace with sunbed in summer and a semi-covered terrace with garden chair and BBQ complete everything.

Passionate about creation, yoga and cycling, I suggest you come to rest, create, practice yoga, cycle or visit the area. You will stay in our studio "L'échappée créative". Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.
