Situated on a 1,000 m² plot, it has a separate entrance, two parking spaces and an outdoor area. Just 800 metres from the town centre and the train station, and 1 kilometre from the canal, this is the perfect place for a business trip or a stopover for cyclists travelling along the canal.

It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.
