Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Oneida County

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

Great for multiple families. 2 separate kitchens perfect to accommodate food allergies. Secluded spot, lots of security and attentive host. Cute decor for photos ops. Nice large dining area for family meals. Beautiful area in the fall.

We had a great time at Rocky Lodge! The lakeside setting is unmatched. We loved fishing off the dock, swimming off the dock, paddling around the bay and listening to the loons. The house and boathouse were clean and comfortable, check-in and communication were easy. We'd like to come back!

We were lucky enough to find Victor's place for a last minute snowmobile weekend to New York for the first time! The area did not disappoint. Victor was very proactive, and graciously allowed us to park ahead of an early check in, which we very much appreciated. The space was clean, had comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We loved the area and the rental and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Victor for your great hospitality and helping to make it a memorable trip!

our 2nd stay in the past month due to a family emergency. Being comfortable, in a cozy home allowed us to rest, relax and deal with all of lifes challenges! will return!

Staying at Brandon and Corey's place was like the definition of the best AirBnB can be. The house is cozy and beautiful, and we found it totally decorated for the Christmas season and perfect for our party of 6. It's the level of thoughtfulness that made our stay special. 'Emergency' amenities laid out in the bedroom just in case; a kitchen that is very well equipped, well-designed and highly functional; coffee supplies laid out and ready for the morning; a binder of local recommendations, etc. etc. Brandon's communications were also fantastic. He reached out proactively to ensure we had everything we needed and set a very relaxed and welcoming tone. It is no mystery why he and Corey are super hosts! Thank you, Brandon and Corey, for setting the bar for what other properties/owners can be!!

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

I loved staying in this gorgeous house, and I can't recommend it enough! The space is beautifully decorated and is the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The living room had cozy seating with huge windows, letting in so much natural light, and the loft bedroom was spacious and well accommodated. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, close and easily accessible while visiting nearby college students. The hosts were amazing! They were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Vas provided a clean living space, very cozy and quiet. She was responsive and acted quickly to resolve a minor issue during my stay. Easy instructions upon check in. Overall a pleasant place to stay in Utica.

We wish we had found Rick’s place when our kids were younger. It is ideal for family with kids who want to play outside. Everything was just as described. It is a great place for families. Would definitely stay there again.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

Absolutely love our stay! We had the lower level of a charming home. Spacious rooms, living, kitchen, dining, bathroom and bedroom. Renee is an amazing host and we hope to return again.

This is a 5 star air bnb for the price and proximity to Turningstone Casino. It will be extremely difficult to find an Airbnb with more value than this anywhere close to Turningstone. Comfort, Convenience, and Cost! The only small caveat I will mention is that if you are a light sleeper the walls/ceiling are on the thinner side so the unit is not sound proof. You will hear the neighbors. With that being said there wasn’t much noise and the bed is super comfy. I’d definitely stay again!

Maria’s place was amazing! It was quiet and tucked away, which was perfect for the group of us since we wouldn’t have to worry about bothering others. The place was very prepared and clean upon arrival and Maria was very responsive to questions we had. With that said, Maria is probably the best-prepared and considerate host I’ve encountered, stocking the place up with a variety of foods and drinks.

Maria’s place was fantastic. The place is beautiful in a great location. She is a wonderful host. Extremely responsive and extremely helpful. I’ll stay here whenever I’m visiting upstate NY!

We spent a fabulous winter weekend with old friends. The place was perfect for getting out into the snow. We x-country skied on nearby BREIA trails and went sledding (tobogganing) right outside the door. The place is also perfect for staying in. Beautiful views and toasty hot tub made hanging out dreamy. Our party included 4 couples, 2 college-aged kids, and a 6 year old. We all had a nice plane to sleep and the house offered something for everyone (Pool table, Lego, board games, arcade) Highly recommend.

A weekend away to celebrate my birthday with some R&R with my boyfriend made this place feel special! We really enjoyed our time at the house a weekend away from the kids was definitely nice. The house is amazing!! Felt so cozy and the view is outstanding!! We would love to come back in the summer and bring the kids and stay here!! The house was everything we could have hoped for to feel the at home feeling! The bed was so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! How fun to have a little game room down stairs! And the hot tub was relaxing! We definitely will be planning a trip with the kids in the summer! Thank you for such a wonderful staycation at the lake house! 💜
