The house has a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. the villa is divided into two apartments, the one on the right on the ground floor has a kitchen with everything you need to cook, a microwave and a dishwasher, the living room with fireplace and wood stove that will keep you warm, from the living room you have access to the balcony and the annex overlooking the garden and private forest perfect for enjoying breakfast with the sun's rays warming you. on the first floor, there are two double or twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub.

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.
