1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. Two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a private garden, very comfortable and full of charm for a great mountain vacation close to the ski resorts, the Spanish border and the most beautiful hikes in the Pyrenean mountains.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Downtown in a small single-story pavilion located in a quiet garden, new 27 m2 studio. On the ground floor: kitchen, full bathroom, separate toilet, living room, dining room, sofa bed, large upstairs bed in attic with access by retractable ladder Possibility of storage for bicycles, skis... As well as a landscaped garden area. The 10 Euros is for the supply and maintenance of the linen, the cleanliness of the studio is your responsibility.
