Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a fully equipped studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde, where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a small beach for swimming. You can also take a walk in the nature reserve or visit Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Suite Es Vedra Suite Es Vedra is a stylish suite with its own private entrance in the heart of Vlissingen. The suite features a kitchen, air conditioning and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and sauna. Relax on the sunny roof terrace after a day by the sea. The beach and promenade are just 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights to ensure a relaxing seaside experience. Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Our Tiny House/Studio is specially designed to relax and unwind. The matte lacquered wood and the sober surroundings radiate calm. The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio sleeps 2 people. All comforts comforts with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

A really cozy cottage with a garden. 5 km from the beach! That, together with a supermarket and bakery 250 meters away and other shops around the corner, plus being located in a quiet village between Vlissingen and Middelburg, makes it an ideal vacation spot. There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.

The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
