Welcome to our beautiful farm from 1644! You are guaranteed to relax in this unique rural location. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Complete studio in converted horse stable

Our B&B studio Sleepingarden is located in the rural outskirts of Vlissingen, in Ritthem. Part of the former horse stables has been converted into a complete studio. It is within walking distance of the Westerschelde where you can see the boats sailing from the garden. On the sea dike, you will find a beach for swimming. You can also hike in the nature reserve or see Fort Rammekens, which is also within walking distance. There is plenty of hiking and cycling. Bicycles are included.

Breakwater

Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Studio OverWater just over the water, beautifully central

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

Attractive four-person holiday home close to beach

Welcome to De Duindoorn! A new detached four-person holiday home in Zoutelande with a quiet location, sunny private south-facing terrace and with the beach within walking distance. The holiday home is a perfect base for wonderful days on the beach or to explore the area. This modern and tastefully furnished house in country style is fully equipped, the beds are made and bath towels are provided. Just enjoy yourself close to the beach!

This new accommodation is tastefully decorated. Bicycle distance from both Vlissingen, beach and Middelburg. Close to NS station Oost Souburg in a quiet residential area studio sleeps 2 people. All comforts comforts with a cozy private garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, which can be reached via a fixed staircase, so it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled. With private parking and electric charger for your car.

Vacation home with wood-burning stove and unobstructed views!

Our holiday home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside Koudekerke on the edge of' t Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It's enjoying tranquility, space and nature. With a little luck you can even spot a deer in the evening. Also in autumn and winter it is wonderful to stay in our cottage. After a nice breeze on the beach, you come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

Cozy vacation cottage 5 km from the beach

A really cozy cottage with a garden. 5 km from the beach! That, together with a supermarket and bakery 250 meters away and other shops around the corner, plus being located in a quiet village between Vlissingen and Middelburg, makes it an ideal vacation spot. There is free parking at the door. The cottage is part of a double house in a street in the village. Bicycles are available for rent 300 m from the cottage.

New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.

Apartment Annabel Dishoek

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live 5 minutes by bike from the beach and live and have a beautiful view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day ( it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the cozy garden from the apartment.
