This beautiful town villa, dating from 1850, is located on the Beestenmarkt in Goes, 2 minutes from the Grote Markt, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Let yourself be surprised by this characterful town and, from here, discover everything that makes Zeeland beautiful. Zeeland is known for its sea and beach, picturesque towns, beautiful views, and many hours of sunshine. The house was completely modernised in 2022 and is now equipped with all home comforts, including air conditioning, a sauna and a hot tub. A wonderful base.

Studio dune house, 100m to the beach

Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 metres from the beach access point! My lifelong dream is to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house opens its windows outwards onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cosy sleeping loft makes the house truly special, and the small sauna can be booked on the spot (£20 for 2 hours).

The beach and promenade are just 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights to ensure a relaxing seaside experience. Located on the outskirts of the village with a beautiful area for nice bike rides. Our lodge is 3 km from Hulst and is centrally located between Antwerp (30 min.) and Ghent. The cottage has its own entrance. Use of hot tub possible from May-Oct. (please indicate at least 4 days in advance).

Our wonderful little house is waiting to host you for a week, two or three at the dutch sea. Enjoy the complete silence and the privacy of the property, the wonderful nature all around, the sunny weather and the natural beaches. The house is permanently renovated and fully equipped - even with sauna and small wood-burning stove for cold winter days, because we live there for many weeks each year ourselves.
