Zeeland, known for its sea and beach, picturesque towns, beautiful views, culinary highlights and many hours of sunshine. The house was completely modernized in 2021 and equipped with every comfort. A great base and resting point. The sauna and Jacuzzi are ready.

Spacious and detached chalet, for 4+2 people. Quietly located on the edge of the forest. Includes bedding, towels and kitchen textiles. Non-smoking. No pets. TV in both bedrooms. 2nd toilet. The terrace is south/west facing with a spacious JACUZZI and a BARREL SAUNA with 2 loungers and electric stove with stones for pouring. The chalet is within walking distance of the beach. Where you can enjoy swimming in the Oosterschelde. You can also cycle almost the entire island along the Eastern Scheldt.

Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu hessen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist spontan buchbar!

A small cozy detached bungalow for 4 people with a garden all around where there is always a place in the sun. The beach of Baarland and family campsite Scheldeoord (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, entertainment team, (indoor) playgrounds, supermarket, etc. - open 27 March to 1 November 2026) are a 5-minute walk away. The cottage is child-friendly (including high chair /cot, changing table, bicycle seats) and there is a log cabin with 2p bed. Includes bedding and towels for 4 people.

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, only 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to cheer you up :-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in rain shower and Private Sauna! Upstairs in the sleeping loft, there are 2 sleeping areas with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs you have to bend down to get into the sleeping quarters.

Hiking, biking, swimming in the Eastern Scheldt, seals and porpoises are a number of options that can be realized within walking distance. The cottage is packed with amenities.
