Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

Apartman je u strogom centru Biograda na Moru. Turizmom se bavimo još od 1950 godine. Apartman je kompletno opremljen : klima, frižider sa zamrzivačem, pećnica, perilica rublja, perilica posuđa, max tv, Netflix, HBO, wifi itd...U samoj blizini od 100 metara nalazi se plaža Dražica koja je ujedno i najljepša plaža Biograda, te je dobila plavu zastavu za najljepše plaže Jadrana. The closest small shop is 5 min walk away, the center of the city is 10-15 min walking. The famous Slanica beach is reachable in only 12 minutes by foot.
