It is located in the beautiful, quiet, and relaxing village of Orahovac, between the towns of Kotor and Perast. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, freezer, and washing machine. Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor.
