Must love chickens. This is a little house that we built for our son in 2016. It is next door to our house where we rent a room on Airbnb (Close to Town but in the Country). This is strictly for longer term, researchers or folks wanting to get to know the area. Welcome are people who love Belize and all its quirks. Unwelcome are people who want to try to make money from Belizeans or sit in the house and complain about the insects, rain, culture, etc. Sorry but true. Good references required.

Relaxing Private Villa, Belize

Beautiful private home located approx. 17 miles outside Belize City on the George Price Highway. Located in a Belizean/American Site just outside of Hattieville Village. Close enough to everything yet far enough for privacy and security. Fully air conditioned, hot and cold water, wifi, private fenced yard for parking, full kitchen etc. There is a full-time caretaker on site who looks after your safety and well being.
