Beautiful place in a perfect location: lots of shops and restaurants nearby, very close to the subway. We felt right at home and appreciated little touches like the welcome goodies, board games and paper / pencils for our child to draw. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the garden. Travis also let us check in early, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Mahmoud's accommodation was more than we could have wished for, it was perfect and had the most incredible views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains. Mahmoud was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and fulfill our requests. We highly recommend his home to anyone else that's interested and we would love to make a trip back sometime in the future!

This is a jewel of a retro-designed home —spacious, tastefully decorated, stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and views of the Hudson with great access to newburgh and beacon downtowns. Great communication and flexibility on check in and out. Would definitely stay again! Thanks

Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

Peaceful location, very calm. I loved the area very beautiful scenery, the lake was gorgeous! 🌊 The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. This is a nice boat house that feels like a cute home away from home!

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

We enjoyed a beautiful early spring stay on the farm with a group of 7 ladies, gathering for a chill bachelorette weekend in Cold Springs. The farmhouse was super cozy; great for cooking, crafting, games, tea time, outdoor wine picnics, star gazing at night in the hot tub and making friends with the chickens! A great retreat spot for groups with all the amenities!

Our home away from home when visiting West Orange. Beautiful surroundings, always clean, comfortable and well supplied. Look forward to our return!

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Henri was incredibly responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen items to fresh linens. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-equipped spot to stay!

Mark and Loretta were great hosts. They had coloring books and crayons laid out for the kids and the rooms and amenities were very accommodating for our family of 5, including a 6 and 4 year old and 6 month baby. The home itself was very cozy and beautiful. A description of the history of the property and surrounding area was provided as well and was very interesting to read. The location was perfect for us as well with plenty of activities just a short driving distance away, including many local suggestions made by Mark and Loretta. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return someday ourselves! Thanks again Mark and Loretta!!

This place was perfect for a weekend two of us with our dog. The bed was SO comfortable and they had all the small amenities that make all the difference. I highly recommend this place and would come back again anytime!

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! Hastings is a sweet little town and the apartment is conveniently located near station and shops. It was good value for two bedrooms in the New York area. Place was clean with good light and character. I enjoyed climbing the hills and there were some steps to negotiate. There was some noise but nothing more than you would expect from a family living above.

Kim’s place excelled in the following areas: easy to find, easy checkin process, clean home, working and ready-to-use hot tub, fire pit with chairs arranged nearby, working and available heat, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. My stay was extremely pleasant. Kim also made herself available by phone and answered any questions I had the day of and before.
