The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Located on the ground floor of a recent residence, our 45 m2 apartment has a terrace and a garden ideal for children who will play under the supervision of parents! The Les Cristallines*** residence is central: less than 250 m from the center of the resort and access to the slopes (via the escalators, it's even faster!) and right across the street from the Piou Piou garden. The residence also has a concierge and a warm common room with billiards, fireplace and panoramic terrace!

The Valban house is ideal for a pleasant weekend, for families or groups of friends. The relaxation room with sauna and jacuzzi is private and accessible at no extra cost all year round. The garden is perfect for outdoor activities or a barbecue. The accommodation is ideally located: close to the village and its shops but also a large number of leisure activities (hiking, skiing, cycling, water sports, paragliding...). The Dévoluy ski areas are only 20 minutes by car.

In summer, its privileged location offers you the possibility of beautiful hikes from the house. In winter, the Nordic ski slopes and snowshoe trails pass at the foot of the hamlet.
