The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Apartment 250 m from the slopes and private covered parking

Located on the ground floor of a recent residence, our 45 m2 apartment has a terrace and a garden ideal for children who will play under the supervision of parents! The Les Cristallines*** residence is central: less than 250 m from the center of the resort and access to the slopes (via the escalators, it's even faster!) and right across the street from the Piou Piou garden. The residence also has a concierge and a warm common room with billiards, fireplace and panoramic terrace!

Beautiful apartment composed of two large bedrooms equipped with comfortable 160 beds, a spacious shower room. a very large living room and open kitchen overlooking a 20 m2 terrace facing the lake, the latter is equipped with modern garden furniture. The lake, mountain, and pool view will delight the most discerning. common areas: Garage on the ground floor for 2 cars. The Valban house is ideal for a pleasant weekend, for families or groups of friends. The relaxation room with sauna and jacuzzi is private and accessible at no extra cost all year round. The garden is perfect for outdoor activities or a barbecue. The accommodation is ideally located: close to the village and its shops but also a large number of leisure activities (hiking, skiing, cycling, water sports, paragliding...). The Dévoluy ski areas are only 20 minutes by car.

Cozy 30 m2 2-room apartment, sleeps 5, in the new 4-star Les Balcons de Sirius residence with direct access to the slopes and indoor pool. The apartment is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 140 double bed, a separate mountain corner with bunk bed and sofa bed for 1 person. Free parking nearby. Southwest facing, 2 balconies, ground floor/1st floor, mountain view. My place is close to restaurants. Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed.

Situation: à 4km du centre du village de Crots. A 5 km du lac de serre ponçon et à 7km d’Embrun et de Savines-le-Lac et à 30 minutes des stations de ski (Les orres, Crévoux et Réallon)
