Close to CLERMONT-FERRAND (15 minutes), our house is in the center of a traditional Auvergne village, in the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The village is at the foot of the most famous of the volcanoes of the chain, Puy de Dôme. You will appreciate it for the location, ideal for recharging your batteries at 1000 meters above sea level, hiking in the volcanoes (Dômes, Sancy, Cezalier...), visiting Vulcania located only 12 minutes away, all within 15 minutes of Clermont.

This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Renovated apartment in old house in the heart of old Royat. From here you are a 5-10 minute walk to the thermal baths. Buses can take you to the center of Clermont in 15 minutes and you will also be a 10-minute drive to Puy de Dome! We have just completed the work, which is why we are making an accessible introductory offer before completing it with other services. Precision: there are 4 fairly steep steps without a ramp to access the accommodation.
