The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

(The door between the kitchen and laundry room needs to be ajar because there is a cat in the house). Private entrance with patio. Parking and WiFi are available. Very beautiful surroundings, small swimming area in the river two minutes away.

The house is fully equipped and is equally suitable for a weekend away as it is for a longer stay. Here, you'll find everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. You drive here along a gravel road, and once you arrive, you are greeted by a tranquil setting with open meadows and grazing sheep all around. Perfect for walks, recuperation and quality time together.

Lilla Lindås

Lilla Lindås is a house from 1867 with a lot of charm and old saved details. The house is located in the village of Lunger and about 1.5 km from two nice beaches at Hjälmaren where there is a sauna and barbecue areas. A nice nature reserve is within walking distance. In the village, there is also a nice country shop. The house has an old style but is equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor are original, steep and worn but functional. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two beds.

Nobelvillan, Gyttorp/Nora

This magnificent villa is located directly adjacent to Akzo Nobel's old headquarters for the explosives factory in Gyttorp. The villa was used as a manager's residence and later as a guest villa to entertain and impress distant guests who visited the head office. With its large living areas, the villa is perfect for larger groups. 15 beds disposed of over eight bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom are of a simpler standard, but with its lakeside location and the historic charm, the Nobel villa is something out of the ordinary.

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Welcome to a cozy cabin located by Kilsberget, where you can enjoy your morning coffee next to the soothing stream! The cabin has an open space with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. The main cabin has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a living room that can accommodate 5-7 guests. The view from the house and the guest cabin for two overlooks the stream Göljestigen. Relax in this peaceful place and experience all that nature has to offer. Hiking, MTB trails, waterfalls etc.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. The granary

Unwind in this unique and peaceful place to stay. You can still see traces of the building’s past as a grain storehouse from the mid-1800s — like the wide floorboards upstairs. When it was carefully turned into a home in the 2000s, the old loading openings were turned into bay windows to let in more light and offer a view, all while keeping the original timber frame intact. On the farm, you'll find a dog and some friendly sheep, and free-range chickens.

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
