Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, you can start your day with an artisanal latte at the beloved Blue Agate Cafe just a block away, or savor an unforgettable dinner at the nearby Roseanna's, a mere two doors down. Nature lovers will delight in Oceanside's unique coastal features. During low tide, explore fascinating tide pools hidden around the rocky outcropping. Year-round, enjoy the mesmerizing sight of waves crashing against the majestic Three Arch Rocks. Amenities include three Level 2 EV charging stations (two Tesla-specific and one J1772 universal connector) and complimentary shared laundry facilities, ensuring a comfortable extended stay. As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned).
