Located in Maurienne, in the village of Orelle, at the foot of the 3 Vallées ski area (largest ski area in Europe - 600 km of slopes), this comfortable and warm apartment for 1 to 4 people is located in a 3-star residence that offers the possibility of access to the wellness area: indoor and heated pool, spa and jacuzzi (summer: July-August; winter: mid-December to early May; managed by the residence, closed on Saturdays).

With family, as a couple or with friends, you are close to the ski resorts and in the heart of the "largest cycling area in the world". With your private garage you can store your winter sports equipment or your motorcycle, your bike. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

L'Armélaz is a charming 45 m2 apartment located on the first floor of L'Augustine St-Avre, with independent access. Kids friendly: perfect for a family vacation. Ideal for 4 people, possibility to add a baby crib and an extra bed, on request, for 2 additional children. Quietly located in the valley (450 m above sea level) in the charming village of Saint-Avre, at the foot of the Saint François Longchamp resort.
