Apartment holiday rentals in Orem

We had an awesome stay! The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and even the pull-out bed was a win — good enough for both of our archery competitors to get a great night's sleep before Nationals! The hot tub was amazing, the shower was great, and we can't forget the 80s arcade games — total nostalgia for me and such a fun experience for the kids to see how games were back in the day. The hosts were fantastic — communicated clearly and were super respectful of our space. Even though it’s technically in the basement, you would never know it — it feels like your own private apartment. It can get a little chilly, but honestly, that just made the hot tub even better! Quiet, clean, relaxing, and a perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the tournament. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

It was a beautiful, peaceful stay. My husband and I were able to disconnect from the outside world to plan the future of our business. Plus utilizing the spa was a plus! We will for sure be back.

Jaylan’s place is right off the main bus routes. This made it so we didn’t need to drive at all. Getting to Deer Valley was very simple on the free bus, which comes to the library every 5min. We walked to dinner, sometimes into the thick of park city. It was all very easy. Jaylan was very responsive during our stay. The place was very clean and it was easy to find what we needed (towels etc). Her place has cool artwork too.

Mariah and Hailie were wonderful. They were quick to respond and help me through anything even when I was arriving in the evening! I was in a pinch to find an Airbnb after relocating for a job. My apartment wasn't ready and they accommodated quickly! The area was very safe! I had stuff in my car since I was moving and I felt I could rest with easy. Beautiful apartment ( I wish I could have moved in there!). Would highly recommend!

This is my second time staying in an AirBnB hosted by Rebecca. The apartment was everything that it was advertised to be. The location is great (on a cul-de-sac) with beautiful views of the mountains and ample parking. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. The gas fireplace was an added bonus and I imagine it would come in handy during the colder winter months. One might expect with a downstairs apartment that it would be loud but not so here. The hosts (who occupy the main home) were very quiet, which is a big plus! I love this area because there are so many dining and retail options, plus, there are some quality open spaces/parks which are walkable as well. I would recommend this apartment to all. Thanks for the great stay!

We very much enjoyed our time at Joseph’s place. The location is unbeatable with its close proximity to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we make our way back to the Cottonwoods.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay with Dianne and Mike! Dianne gave us the warmest welcome I’ve ever had, walked us through the space, showed us a map of the area, explained how the street numbers were laid out and pointed out landmarks to orient us. The space was spotless, yet incredibly cozy and welcoming with everything we needed. This is a basement unit, but the separate entrance makes it feel private and comfortable. Dianne was very responsive and proactive in communicating. The location was perfect- we went to the aquarium, Top Golf, bowling, and amazing restaurants and never drove more than 15-20 minutes (and didn’t have to battle the interstate) I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time staying at Ronald's place. It's large and comfortably furnished, very clean, and has one of the best Airbnb kitchens I've ever seen. Ronald also provided us a pantry full of snacks plus water, juice, and milk in the fridge. We will gladly stay again when we return to SLC!

A quiet and comfortable home that's super convenient for groceries and keeping the kids entertained! Check-in and out were a breeze, and the host was always quick to respond.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Corrine’s home. The beds were so comfortable and the theater room was a huge hit. She was quick to respond and was always helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—our stay at Monica’s was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from ice packs to keep our ski lunches chilled to a generous selection of breakfast items that made mornings effortless. The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the theater room a great bonus, and the entire space was perfect for unwinding after a full day on the slopes. The kitchen was spacious and impressively stocked—it had everything we needed, from a garlic press to storage containers and quality cookware. Monica truly thought of everything! And the rides to Alta? Truly above and beyond. Monica and Danny’s hospitality made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic spot to crash at while skiing at Snowbird/Alta! The four of us had an incredible time. The bed's were quite comfy, the views incredible, and the hottub was a huge plus. Would come back next year!

Very comfortable and convenient to the ski areas. we really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and groceries were nearby. Christina was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s place was perfect for us. Two adults and three teenage boys had everything we needed. With shared beds, comfortably could have had 7. The condo is close to Main Street, the Town Lift, and the Park City resort area lifts. Plus the bus stops close. We did not have a car but with one, you are close to Deer Valley too. We had groceries delivered so not sure about accessibility without a car. We left our rentals at the slopes but had room for storing the snowboarding items we did bring with us. Two things to note - not negatives, just to be aware. You do have to walk up narrow steps. They are doable even with large pieces of luggage. The garage clearance is low. The large SUV that dropped us off would not have fit should it have been our vehicle. The place is fully stocked - even has a few games! Sarah was super as was the space. We would recommend and stay again!

We cant say enough about this place. Wonderful price and so comfortable! We have resisted staying in people’s basements and this time was the exception! It was so private. The hot tub was bliss. Tons of amenities to make the place more homey. Decorating was so cute. The beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Well stocked kitchen. Even had calgon under the bathroom sink if you wanted a bath and nail polish remover. Cute bag of treats. Tons of movies to stream. Beautiful view of mountains. We will definitely go there again!

Solid place. My brother and I stayed here for our ski trip to Alta (23 min away with no traffic). This place had everything we needed, especially a hot tub (water replaced right before we got there) and even some nice unexpected things like a leg massager. Things that we liked that I haven't already mentioned: plenty of space, tvs in each room, extra towels, great communication, washer/dryer, parking spot, pillow options for each bed, hair conditioner (lots of airbnbs just give you a 2-in-1), tons of outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Overall, this was amazing place to stay - a beautifully furnished apartment and the location is fantastic and in walking distance of many bus stops, downtown and the Park City Mountain. Josh was great and an excellent communicator - definitely recommend his place!

We (two couples) very much enjoyed another ( third Year) ski vacation at Rose cottage. Nancy is an excellent host and is available but not intrusive. We took advantage of the well appointed kitchen during our stay, cooking several meals. The two spacious living rooms provide the opportunity for separate activities- watch TV in one -while others make use of the available board games or books in the other. If your not skiing or using the hot tub- Just a short walk down the hill is the Jorden River Parkway trail- several miles of paved path with terrific mountain views to enjoy. I Very much recommend staying here.

We loved this property. It was roomy, spotless clean, and beds and linens were so comfortable and the location was very convenient to everything. It even had great views of the Utah snow covered mountains.we will definitely request to book this property next year for our annual ski trip. The garage was also wonderful to have as well THANK YOU!!

Great place to stay while in Orem. Super responsive even when we left something behind they got us right in to retrieve it!

A friendly and accommodating host. The place was clean and comfortable! quite spacious for a basement apartment. I appreciated the kid friendly touches. lovely neighborhood great location for food, shopping, activities. Overall I would definitely recommend!
