Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $2,500 per month starting January 20, 2026 - March 30, 2026. All utilities / landscaping included. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

Equipped with a King bed in the private bedroom and a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed in the ocean side room. This unit has been updated, and the owners have spared no expense on the upgraded amenities and really thoughtful touches. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.

Quick walk - (250 feet according to GPS- about a 1 minute walk) to access stairs to Netart's Bay and small local market.
