A kitchen area with a standing dining area, fully equipped, a living area with a flat screen and a 100x190 sofa bed, a bedroom area with a 140 bed and a bathroom with a shower. Independent studio to the house, access through the terrace. Near shops 800m away, Train station 2km away, direction Versailles 30min and Paris Montparnasse 45min. Bus n°67 direction St Quentin en Yvelines, in front of the house.
