Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in this fully renovated cottage between 2022 and 2023 located in Lagraulière. The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centres: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 motorways, which can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Pompadour Charming House

The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

The Estate under the Abbey

A cozy gîte (43m2) located in the countryside 5 minutes away from the horse town of Pompadour. Here you will find a beautiful castle, racecourse, eateries, terraces and shops. There are nice villages nearby, with markets, hiking trails, swimming lake and swimming pools within driving distance. The gîte has a private parking space and an enclosed garden. Pets are allowed in consultation. We charge a surcharge for this (indicate when booking). Parties/indoor smoking and vaping are not allowed.
