Apartment holiday rentals in Oriente

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat nearby, which were worth it and was great. Also it was always pending in case we needed directions or ideas to pass the time. Very good experience and the area is very quiet.

The first thing I want to say is that Oviedo is one of the most charming cities I know. Then I have to say that both Angel and Aurora were always attentive to all our requirements, including asking the occasional upstairs neighbor to stop communicating in vivo in the early morning. Regarding the apartment is simple, comfortable in its equipment and very well heated. In addition, it is in a neighborhood with all the services - up to the used post office -, quiet and very close to downtown and public transport. It was a VERY GOOD experience.

We loved the house as well as the setting and the host. An ideal place to rest and connect. 3 min away from Cangas by car. He also recommended places to visit and eat. Highly recommended!

The check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions from the host. Also, it was very flexible with check-in and check out of the place. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, since it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. Host Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us that we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we do not usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the treatment and the place. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Sandra was very nice, had as much flexibility as possible for arrival/departure times and was very attentive during our stay. There were details of the host such as chocolates and muffins, shampoo and gel, cleaning supplies, and extra towels! I've never seen it before. There was also plenty of parking on the street (and not for a fee), a luxurious one. Of course, an experience that we will repeat without fail. Llanes is a great place and Sandra's apartment is everything you need for Asturias.

An experience of 10! From the first moment, communication with the host José Arturo was excellent: fast, clear and very friendly. The place exceeded our expectations, very clean, comfortable, and with all the details well cared for. It is less than 10 minutes from Comillas by car, in a quiet area to rest. Also, check-in was a breeze and the place felt like home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Everything went great. The apartment matched the description. It was cozy and spacious. It has all the essential amenities. It park well in the area although it is not very close to downtown. In the morning there is a bit of noise because it is next to the port area.

The apartment was just as Letty had told us, she was very attentive to us and always available for anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped, even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

The apartment is super centrally located in Gijón and yet quiet. Everything (supermarket, bars, restaurants) is within minutes of walking. It's also close to the sea and the city center. The apartment itself is beautifully large and well appointed. Especially the everyday items such as shampoo, dish soap and towels were very helpful. In case of a problem in the bathroom, even late at night, a plumber was organized within an hour, who quickly fixed everything. Overall, the apartment is recommended for a trip to Gijón!

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

The apartment is a chulada and with a breathtaking view that allows you to enjoy San Vicente at all times. Everything was very clean and correct, the key management was very organized. We will definitely do it again.

The apartment is small but for what we wanted it to be sleeping was great, it has a lovely terrace the pity that we could not use it for the bad weather but it would definitely repeat

Cesar's apartment is modern and well-equipped, and within easy walking distance (15-20 min) of Llanes town centre. In addition, there is a useful supermarket (Amerkal) and a cafe/bar close by. The wi-fi connectivity was great, ideal for internet TV, whilst the garage parking is a must have, especially during summer, as the street spaces are soon taken. Cesar himself was an excellent host, helpful and considerate, and with a good local knowledge of venues and events. Thoroughly recommended.

La Casa de las Flores is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, fully furnished, and including all modern amenities. Comillas' seafront and beach are easily accessible via a short stepped pathway close to the apartment neighbourhood, while the town centre is only a 10m walk away. Jorge was a wonderful host who kept us informed in the run-up to our vacation and was attentive throughout, providing pointers to local restaurants, experiences and activities both in and around Comillas. We especially enjoyed the apartment's private garden, and found the neighbourhood quiet and convenient during our stay (first half of June). Recommended.

Clean and well located apartment in a very nice urbanization. They let us go with our 3 dogs and have/had a great time. Parking at the door and quick and clear communication. To put a but, the beds were not very comfortable, the rest was perfect.

A little complicated the entrance to the accommodation, since they were delayed until four and a half in handing the keys to us ( in the description it indicated the entrance at three and check-out at twelve in the morning). Everything else is fine. The very good location, close to a supermarket and to the center of Llanes and its beaches. Having private parking is quiet since the area is quite crowded (at least in August). The pool and paddle court are perfect. We would definitely repeat.
