Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. 🌿 Welcome to Gräfensteinberg Enjoy relaxing days in the spacious 120 m² holiday apartment with a fantastic panoramic view over Middle Franconia. The apartment covers an entire floor of an apartment building and offers plenty of space for families, friends, couples, business travellers or fitters. The Brombachsee and Altmühlsee are only about 10 minutes away. A local baker provides fresh rolls in the morning. 🥐☕

Lakeside house

Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and has a free parking space. Bikes brought with you can be parked in a separate basement room and charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathe. Even small families will find enough space with us. A baby cot can also be provided after consultation. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to our spacious ground floor apartment in the countryside with balcony and terrace. It has its own entrance, living room, kitchen/dining room and bedroom. It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed. The apartment is located in a district of Lichtenau, which is 2 km away. There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor pool.

Our small idyllic cottages are located on the mountain farm at the gates of the historic old town of Heilsbronn. Here we, the Heidingsfelder family, built two holiday homes in the middle of our organic farm for medicinal plants. With us you will experience the proximity to nature, despite excellent car and train connections.
